Director - Deep Submergence Systems, Oceaneering International, Inc. Hal and his wife Elizabeth live in Norfolk, Virginia (USA). They have two adult children, Emily and John. He served in the US Navy in the Submarine Force for almost 30 years before moving to work with Oceaneering International in Chesapeake, Virginia. Hal has served as elder, session member, and Sunday School teacher at the First Presbyterian Church in Norfolk. He and Elizabeth have had various leadership roles in Bible Study Fellowship for many years and now also teach in the area of personal financial management. He received his MBA from the Harvard Business School and his BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
International Vice President for Africa, TransWorld Radio (TWR). Mr. Bjelajac was a journalist for 15 years before coming to Tyndale as a student. Here he completed both his Master of Divinity and Master of Theology. He returned to Serbia to be a part of a Theological Faculty in Novi Sad. Since 2006 he has been at Trans World Radio in Europe. In 2012 he completed his Doctor of Philosophy degree at the Evangelical Theological Faculty in Croatia. Branko and his wife Nada live in Bratislava, Slovak Republic.
Ellis spent 20 years at Tyndale. He was a Senior Professor of Old Testament Language and Literature, and the Chair of the Division of Biblical and Exegetical Studies. He is passionate about helping believers of all ages more fully understand the Old Testament scriptures. His areas of interest are the Pentateuch, the prophets, and Old Testament Textual Criticism. He and Ruth, his wife of more than 40 years, live in Houghton, NY. They have two married children and seven grandchildren who live close by in western New York state. They are members of the Houghton Wesleyan Church and are involved in leading a small group at the church.
Professor of Biblical and Theological Studies, “Talbot School of Theology” Biola University. Dr. Curtis is an Old Testament scholar who has done research in Genesis, Job, and the Song of Solomon. He is the author of Transformed Thinking (JKO Publishers); Song of Songs, the Zondervan Bible Study Commentary; and Discovering the Way of Wisdom (Kregel, Fall 2004). His commentary on the Song of Songs and Ecclesiastes was published by Baker in the fall of 2013. Ed and his wife Joy live in Fullerton, California.
Associate Vice-President, Business and Institutional Research, Trinity International University (TIU) in Deerfield, Illinois. Before moving to TIU, Jonathan served as the business director for The Fellowship of St. James in Chicago, Illinois. He has a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law and a Master of Theological Studies from Samford University, Beeson Divinity School. Jon and his wife Sarah live in Chicago, Illinois.
Retired Career Missionary, Greater Europe Mission. Dr. Ericson is a retired career missionary with Greater Europe Mission in Portugal. Jerry served as Director of the Instituto Bíblico Português. He also has served as an Adjunct Professor in Intercultural Studies at the Lancaster Bible College. He has published in both Portuguese and English. He received a Th.M. and a D.Min. from Dallas Theological Seminary. He and his wife Karen reside in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Career Missionary, Pioneers; President of Tyndale Theological Seminary. Mr. Garavaglia serves as Tyndale’s President. He previously practiced law in the Chicago area for over 20 years. Mark received his Masters of Law from Melbourne University, Juris Doctor from Tulane University and his M. Div. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Mark and his wife Alicia live in the Netherlands.
President, AIS Capital Management, L.P. Mr. Hummel has more than 40 years’ experience in portfolio management. Prior to founding AIS, Mr. Hummel was a partner at Cowen & Co. and a partner at Matuschka & Co. He serves on the board of the Family Institute of Connecticut and is a past member of the national board of Young Life. John and his wife Lydee live in New Canaan, Connecticut.
Executive Director, Prism Economic Development Corporation. Prior to working at Prism Dr. Keppeler served as Pastor for Global Outreach at Elmbrook Church in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Tom also worked as missionary in Eastern Europe for several years in Romania. He received his PhD. from Trinity International University. Tom and his wife Mary live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Sr. Managing Partner, Dillon Kane Group, LLC. Mr. Meador's firm is based in Chicago and provides business advisory and incubation services. Steve has more than 30 years of technology management and technology strategy experience, with an extensive background in capital markets, insurance and asset management. He has a Master in Business Administration from the University of Rochester. Steve and his wife Kathy live in Lincolnshire, Illinois.
Retired CEO, The Trump Co. Mr. Milne spent twenty years in the food industry, splitting time between Procter & Gamble and his food brokerage company. After retiring, he and his wife Becky bought a farm and enjoy living in the country and raising their horses. Bruce is actively involved managing the family foundation and serving on other non-profit boards. He and Becky live in Hartford WI.
President, Nelson Publishing. Mr. Nelson studied electronic engineering at Michigan State University and served in the U.S. Air Force. He worked at Ford Motor Co. before moving into the editorial field, where he worked on several magazines at Rogers Publishing. Eventually, he started a magazine of his own which resulted in his own publishing company. Vern and his wife Betty live in Osprey, Florida.
Executive Director - Head of Continuous Development at JP Morgan Chase. Sander is a Tyndale alumni, receiving his Master’s of Divinity in 2001. Since his graduation, he served on the Teaching & Preaching Team at Crossroads International Church, Amstelveen. Sander also received a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Nyenrode Business University. He has experience as a leadership trainer/coach and management consultant in organizational culture and leadership effectiveness. Sander and his wife Thessa are from the Netherlands and recently moved to New Jersey in the U.S.
Chief Development and Communications Officer, EFCA. Prior to working at EFCA, Mr. Warren was a pastor at Christ Church in Lake Forest, IL, Garth also spent more than two decades in estate and retirement planning and developed a life-coaching program called the Five F’s (Faith, Family, Fitness, Finances and Friendship). He received a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Western Washington University. Garth and his wife Kristy live in Plymouth, MN.
