Tyndale Theological Seminary

Academic Programs

Tyndale offers two Master’s degree programs: the Master of Divinity (MDiv) and the Master of Evangelical Theology (MET). EU citizens (or those who hold a valid Dutch resident permit) can also apply for a Certificate of Theological Studies (CTS), or the Certificate of Christian Studies (TBE) and study in both the Master’s and Certificate programs on either a full-time or a part-time basis.

Master of Divinity Program (MDiv)

The MDiv is a three-year degree program. It is a broad, practical degree, providing a solid background of all theological disciplines, along with a variety of ministry and intercultural courses. It is an excellent preparation for ministry of all types.

Master of Evangelical Theology (MET)

The Master of Evangelical Theology program is designed to produce a person who will apply theological truth and insight to the issues and questions of life, both within the church, and outside of it. It is designed to help the student understand that theological studies are inherently practical, since they focus on God’s revelation of Himself and His good plan for His creation.

Certificate of Theological Studies (CTS)

The program for the CTS is equivalent to one year of full-time studies, but it can be done part-time, as well. This certificate program offers a good balance of introductory courses in Bible and Theology, along with ministry and intercultural courses.

Certificate of Christian Studies

Anyone with a desire to grow in his/her Christian faith may take classes at Tyndale. Registration is simple and is possible until the date of the first class period.
